By accessing timestuck.store or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Time Stuck is the legal entity responsible for processing and fulfilling orders.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when you complete your purchase and receive an order confirmation email.
Time Stuck may decline an order due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment will be refunded.

3. Prices & Taxes

– All prices include VAT where applicable.
– Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
– Time Stuck may correct pricing errors; if a price was incorrect, the order may be canceled and refunded.

4. Orders & Delivery

– Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
– Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2–5 business days.
– Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg): free shipping.
– Other regions: shipping fees may apply.
– Time Stuck is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:
Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Maestro, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, PayPal.

– Payment must be completed before shipment.
– Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; Time Stuck does not store full card details.
– Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may result in cancellation.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

EU customers may return their purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

Returned clothing must be:
– Unused
– Unworn (trying on is allowed)
– Undamaged
– In original condition with tags attached where reasonably possible
– Packaging and accessories included where reasonably possible

Important (Legal Value Reduction Rule)

If the item shows use beyond what is necessary to examine it, Time Stuck may deduct a reduction in value from the refund.

Items Excluded From Returns

Only the following items are excluded from return:
– Underwear and intimate clothing
– Custom-made or personalised items
– Digital content once accessed or downloaded

Standard clothing items such as hoodies and T-shirts are not excluded and may be returned if they meet the return conditions.

Return Procedure

– Purchases from timestuck.store: email timestuck.clothes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
– Purchases from partners/resellers: follow their return procedures.
– Returns must use track & trace.
– Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
– Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
– The return address will be provided after approval. Physical drop-offs are not accepted.

7. Warranty (Legal Guarantee)

All products are covered by the EU 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

Not covered:
– Damage from incorrect washing
– Normal wear and tear
– Accidental damage
– Misuse or improper handling

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, email timestuck.clothes@gmail.com.
We will determine whether the item should be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

8. Liability

Time Stuck is not liable for:
– Improper use of the product
– Indirect or consequential damages
– Delays caused by carriers or external factors

These Terms do not affect your legal consumer rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on timestuck.store (images, text, graphics, logos) is the property of Time Stuck and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Belgian courts, without affecting your consumer rights.
