- Proceed to checkout
Click Checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
- Place your order
Review your details and confirm your purchase.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you. If you experience any issues during checkout, contact us for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we immediately begin processing to ensure fast shipping.
To request changes or cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact us at timestuck.clothes@gmail.com with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, you can still return items according to our return policy once you receive them.
Will I be charged additional fees or taxes?
All prices, including applicable taxes, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping to most locations.
For orders to remote or distant countries, a small shipping fee may apply due to higher delivery costs. Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries within the European Union.
Delivery times may vary depending on your specific location within the EU. Please note that while we ship throughout the EU, customs duties or import taxes may still apply for some countries depending on local regulations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.
To start a return:
- Email us at returns@timestuck.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
- Wait for our approval before sending anything back
- Use tracked shipping (return costs are your responsibility)
Refunds are processed within 14 days once we inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Please note: Hygiene products, custom/personalized items, and digital downloads cannot be returned. All returns require prior approval - items sent without approval will not be accepted.
