– After shipment, delivery within the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and Germany typically takes 2–5 business days.

– Shipping fees for each region are shown during checkout.

– Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or delays caused by the carrier.

– All orders are shipped with track & trace, and customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

– Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed deliveries.

– Time Stuck is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors outside our control.

– Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

– Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, it is considered successfully delivered.
